Tips to turn off your hunger
1.measure your waistline
2.walk upto 4km a day
3.clean out your refrigerator
4.adjust with 2meals a day
5.try not to eat once in a week/or eat only in the morning
6.Drink water when ever you feel hungry which helps to maintain 2 meals a day!
